GVTA Waiver: Acceptance of my entry into the Greater Vallejo Tennis Association (GVTA) as a member is without assumption of responsibility by the GVTA, the Greater Vallejo Recreation Department (GVRD), the City of Vallejo, or any other private or public facility or any individuals connected with the GVTA. I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily and emotional injury, damage to my reputation, or any other harm that I might suffer. I understand that I participate in all GVTA events and on organized teams at my own risk.
